How do I book a session, and how far in advance should I do it?

You can book your session by contacting us via our website form, email, or phone. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. If you need a last-minute session, please reach out—while availability is limited, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you require a deposit to secure my session?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and reserve your date. This deposit will be applied toward your total session fee.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand plans change! Please notify us at least 1 week in advance to reschedule without penalty. For outdoor shoots, if weather is unsuitable, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

How long does a typical photo session last?

The duration of a photo session varies depending on the type and scope of the project. Portrait sessions typically range from 1 to 2 hours, while events and weddings can span several hours. We strive to provide ample time to capture all the important moments and ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session.

Why do I need to sign a contract?

The contract protects both parties by clearly outlining the scope of work, expectations, payment terms, and rights. It ensures a smooth, professional experience for everyone.

What’s included in your pricing, and how is it determined?

Pricing covers session time, professional equipment, editing, and delivery of high-quality images. Packages vary based on session length, number of final images, and any add-ons. We’re happy to customize packages to fit your needs.

What happens if weather is unfavourable

Unfavorable weather allows for one free reschedule; further changes will be subject to a fee.

How long does a typical session last?

Sessions typically range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the package you choose. We’ll give you details specific to your booking.

Can I bring extra people to the session?

Yes! Please inform us ahead of time about additional participants, as this may affect session length or pricing.

Do you provide posing or styling guidance during the shoot?

Absolutely! We guide you throughout the session with posing tips and styling advice to help you feel comfortable and look your best.

What should I wear for the session?

You’re welcome to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident. Neutral or solid colors usually work best, but feel free to bring a couple of options if you’d like variety.

Can I bring props or outfit changes?

Yes! we can show you a few preview shots during the session. Keep in mind these are unedited and just for general feel and feedback.

Can I see some photos during the shoot?

If you’d like, we can show you a few shots as we go so you can see how things are progressing and provide feedback.

Do you allow pets in the shoot?

We love including pets! Please let us know in advance if you want to bring your furry friend, so we can plan accordingly.

Do you offer retouching services?

We provide professional color editing to enhance the overall look and feel of your images. We do not offer retouching services such as skin editing, blemish removal, or body reshaping.

Can I get the raw, unedited files?

We do not provide raw files as they are unprocessed and don’t represent our final quality. You will receive fully edited images curated by us.

How long does it take to receive the final images?

You can expect your final gallery within 2 –4 weeks after your session, depending on the shoot type and volume. We’ll provide an estimated timeline at booking.

How will I receive my photos?

Photos are delivered via a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images easily.

Can I request additional edits after receiving my photos?

Yes, you may request one round of additional edits after receiving your gallery. Please note that any edits requested beyond the original delivery—such as changes to color grading or cropping—may incur an additional fee. We do not offer retouching (e.g., skin smoothing or body editing). All requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Do you keep a backup of my photos?

Yes, we keep backups of all images for one year. If you ever need to retrieve your photos, just contact us.

Will you use my photos on your website or social media?

With your permission, we may showcase select images to promote our work. We respect your privacy and will never use images without consent.
